Your platform, your brand.
The dashboard, login, phone numbers, call recordings and reporting all sit under your name and your domain. Your clients never see us.
You already have the locations, the clients or the network. We build the platform under your brand name, train the agents for your industry, and operate all of it, so you never hire a developer or a support team.
If you only want an AI receptionist for your own business, that is this page instead.
You can sign up to a white label platform this afternoon for a few hundred a month. You will be selling their product, on their roadmap, at the margin they decide, and the moment one of your clients looks closely they are looking at someone else's company.
Owning it is a different position. Your brand on the dashboard your clients log into. Your pricing. Your contracts. Your client relationships, on software that carries your name. We stay behind it and build.
You have the part that is hard to buy, which is the trust of an industry that already knows you. The product is the part we can hand you.
The dashboard, login, phone numbers, call recordings and reporting all sit under your name and your domain. Your clients never see us.
We build and tune the agents around how your industry actually answers a phone: the scripts, the booking logic, the triage, the escalation rules and the things that must never be said.
The agents connect to the systems your clients already run, including their scheduling, CRM and calendars.
Encryption in transit and at rest, defined retention windows and in-region data for every client, and for regulated industries an attorney-drafted business associate agreement with signed vendor agreements behind it. This is where most people trying to sell voice AI stop, and it is not something you can assemble in a weekend.
Builds, onboarding your clients, monitoring, fixes and upgrades are ours. You never hire a developer, and you never explain a technical problem to a client you cannot solve.
Scoping documents, pricing structures, onboarding checklists and delivery templates, the same ones we use. Your own documents to run the business with, not a course to sit through.
We go through your network, your industry and what your clients need the phone to actually do. You leave with a written scope and a fixed price, whether or not you go ahead.
Your branded platform and your first working agents, built and tested by our team, not outsourced.
We onboard your first clients alongside you, on the calls, so you see exactly how a build is scoped, delivered and handed over.
You own the selling and the relationships. We keep the platform up and build whatever each new client needs.

The platform runs on our infrastructure, which is what the monthly fee covers. If the platform fee stops, the platform stops. If you want to bring the whole thing in house later, we price that as its own project rather than pretending it is impossible.
We do not grant exclusivity. You are free to sell as widely as you want, and we stay free to work with others in your industry, including businesses you might call competitors. Anyone who promises you a protected territory on a product like this is either lying or about to limit their own business to keep the promise.
A developer can build you an agent. What takes a year is everything around it: the compliance paperwork, the integrations that break at three in the morning, and knowing what a front desk actually does all day.
Three parts, quoted to your scope on the call. A one-time build fee, which covers your platform, your branding, your first agents and the integrations they need. A monthly platform fee, which covers hosting, monitoring, upgrades and our team standing behind it. Then usage, billed per minute of talk time, which you mark up to your clients however you choose.
Build fees depend on your industry, how many systems we are integrating and how much is custom. We scope it properly and give you a fixed price in writing before you commit to anything.
No, and if you are, you probably do not need us. The build, the integrations and the monitoring are our side. Your side is the industry knowledge and the relationships.
You do. Your contracts, your pricing, your relationship. We never contact them, and we never appear in front of them.
Your clients' data is yours under the agreement, and we process it on your behalf. If you leave, your records and your client data leave with you.
Then we price that as its own project and hand it over properly. We would rather build you the handover than have you rebuild it behind our back.
Possibly, and we say so openly. We do not grant exclusivity, and you are free to sell as widely as you want. Anyone promising you a protected territory is either going to break that promise or cap their own business to keep it.
Yes, and that is a real answer rather than a checkbox. Every client gets encryption in transit and at rest, defined retention windows and in-region data. For regulated industries such as healthcare there is an attorney-drafted business associate agreement, signed agreements with every vendor in the chain, and documented practices behind them.
We will tell you on the scope call what is realistic for your industry, including the parts that depend on your clients' own systems, which is usually what moves the date.
Yes. You decide what you charge and you keep the difference.
Your brand, your domain, your phone numbers, your dashboard. Nothing of ours.
We give you the scoping, pricing and onboarding documents we use ourselves, and we will join technical calls with your prospects when a question needs us. We do not generate leads for you and we do not promise you clients. That part is yours, which is the whole reason this works for people who already have a network.
Pick a time below. We go through your network, your industry and what your clients need the phone to do, and you leave with a written scope and a fixed price.

If you already own several locations, consult to an industry or run a network, AutoAppoint builds the voice AI platform under your name: your dashboard, your domain, your phone numbers, agents trained for your industry. We operate the infrastructure and the builds; you own the brand, the pricing and the client relationships. It starts with a scope call and a fixed written quote.
A white label reseller licence lets you sell someone else's product on their roadmap and at the margin they set. Owning it means the platform carries your brand, you set the pricing and sign the client contracts, and the agents are built for your industry. AutoAppoint builds and runs it behind you.
Yes. AutoAppoint is an Elite Retell AI Partner (since January 2026) and builds branded voice AI platforms on Retell AI. Your clients see your brand, your domain and your dashboard, not Retell's and not ours.
AutoAppoint builds and operates branded voice AI platforms for franchise systems, buying groups, memberships and associations: one platform under the network's name, agents tuned to how that industry answers the phone, and our team running the builds, onboarding and monitoring for each member.
Yes, if you already consult to or supply an industry. AutoAppoint builds the platform under your brand and does every build, integration, fix and upgrade, so you sell to the relationships you have without hiring a developer or a support team.
Owning a platform built for your industry instead of reselling a generic one. If you run an agency or already build on Retell, Vapi or GoHighLevel, you can do this yourself. If you own businesses or advise an industry and do not want to become a software company, AutoAppoint builds and runs it under your name.
AutoAppoint quotes three parts after a scope call: a one-time build fee for the platform, branding, first agents and integrations; a monthly platform fee for hosting, monitoring and upgrades; and usage billed per minute of talk time, which you mark up to your clients. The build fee is fixed in writing before you commit.
AutoAppoint's agents already run in automotive, hospitality, telecom, legal, customer service and healthcare. The agents are built around how each industry answers a phone: its scripts, booking logic, triage, escalation rules and the things that must never be said.
The platform runs on AutoAppoint's infrastructure, which is what the monthly fee covers, so if the fee stops the platform stops. Your client data is yours under the agreement and leaves with you. Bringing the platform in house is priced as its own project.
No. AutoAppoint provides the product, the build, the infrastructure and the commercial documents: scoping, pricing and onboarding templates. Finding and signing clients is yours, which is why the offer is for owners, operators and consultants who already have a network.
Not from AutoAppoint. We do not grant exclusivity: you can sell as widely as you want, and we stay free to work with others in your industry.
Agencies and people already building on Retell, Vapi or GoHighLevel, who can do this themselves; anyone who wants to learn to build agents by hand; anyone without a business or a network yet; and anyone shopping for the cheapest reseller licence. A single business that only wants an AI receptionist should look at AutoAppoint's AI receptionist instead.
Yes. AutoAppoint's platform gives every client encryption in transit and at rest, defined retention windows and in-region data, and for healthcare it is HIPAA compliant, with an attorney-drafted business associate agreement and signed agreements with every vendor in the chain.
